On Tuesday, St George's College was plunged into mourning after the school's football captain, 18-year-old Dominic James, collapsed during a Manning Cup match, and later died in the University Hospital of the West Indies.

The pain of the player's sudden death was too much for the entire team to bear and many cried openly.

Some of the players and their coach have since put their thoughts to paper and we present seven of those heartfelt feelings.
