‘I regret knowing Grace’ - Spice’s ex-man says he is hurt by rape allegations

Nicholas Lall, the father of dancehall artiste’s Spice two children, says he regrets knowing her and the members of her Team Spice.

Lall, who has been repeatedly labelled as a deadbeat dad following his failed relationship with the So Mi Like It deejay, has been infuriated by claims that he raped a former member of her inner circle.

DHQ Danger, given name Jahnoia Christie, made claims of sexual assault during a lengthy Instagram live session on Monday night. She was responding to claims made by Lall during an Instagram live with a self-proclaimed celebrity ‘reader man’, RT Boss, where he stated that he had sexual relations with Danger.

However, Danger said Lall forced himself on her while they were on a European tour with Spice some three years ago. She could not recall the hotel where it happened, and said that she did not report the matter to the police out of fear of losing her livelihood. Lall, however, has denied these allegations.

“These allegations of rape are fabricated to sink me. Mi and her have sex inna several countries, not just one. This wasn’t no one-time thing. We never have sex just once. So when she’s talking this and crying, I know what it’s about. She wah she and Grace (Spice) fi be good. If yuh get rape, you go to the police. You don’t come on social media and talk, because social media can’t do anything for you. The police can lock up this person,” he said.

Lall said it was important for him to respond to the allegations because he is a father of four daughters.

“I regret knowing Grace, I regret knowing all a dem, and if they continue on my name, tarnishing it, dem a guh get hit with a lawsuit, defamation of character! Nuh woman nuh worth seven years outta mi life a prison. None! Mi have four daughters, and mi a guh think ‘bout fi rape gyal? The reason mi even a speak pan dis a because me a think ‘bout me daughter dem, and weh mi daughter dem a guh think and feel.”

“Stop doing this to my name. People inna mi inbox a call me rapist. I fricking cried!” Lall said.

When THE WEEKEND STAR contacted Danger, she said she feels much better after speaking her truth and is looking forward to starting her journey of healing.

Spice, when contacted about the allegation, said that she regrets that the former dancer, who she describes as her “little sister”, did not open up to her.

“Danger and I was very close. I was like a big sister to her. My only regret is that she didn’t tell me. I don’t care if it’s my children sperm donor,” she said.
