Masicka bringing Forever1NE home to Portmore

Portmore is about to get a major dose of Masicka!

Dancehall star Masicka is heading back to his hometown to headline his first-ever show in Portmore, with the Forever1NE Music Festival set to take over Caymanas Park on Saturday, December 19, 2026.

The highly anticipated homecoming will see the deejay take centre stage alongside special guests and a lineup of additional entertainment, with more names and details about the festival experience expected to be announced.

For Masicka, however, Forever1NE is more than just another concert.

It is a homecoming.

The city of Portmore has played a major role in shaping the artiste's musical journey and identity, making Caymanas Park the backdrop for what promises to be a significant chapter in his career.

“Forever1NE has always represented more than just me. It represents the people who have been with me from the beginning, the fans, the team and everybody who believes in the journey,” Masicka said.

“Portmore is home, so being able to touch the stage here and bring Forever1NE to the people means a lot. After everything that has happened this year, it feels right to celebrate this moment at home.”

And Masicka is promising that fans should come ready.

“Fans can expect a full experience, big performances, surprises and energy from start to finish. We want to create something that represents dancehall and Jamaica on a major level,” he said.

The festival is being presented by Masicka and his 1Syde team, in partnership with Zimi Entertainment, with Magnum serving as title partner.

The announcement comes months after the release of Masicka's third studio album, Forever Reign, a 17-track project released through Def Jam Recordings in August.

With the album cycle now in full swing, the Forever1NE Music Festival is shaping up to be a major celebration of the artiste's journey, his music and the Portmore community that helped mould him.

And this time, Masicka isn't just coming back to Portmore.
