Grace recalls some Tropical Rhythms Fruit Punch

October 05, 2026

GraceKennedy Foods has ordered a voluntary recall of specific batches of its Grace Tropical Rhythms Fruit Punch 1L across seven Caribbean territories after identifying what it described as a product-quality issue.

The recall affects products sold in Jamaica, Barbados, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Turks and Caicos Islands and St Maarten bearing the best-before codes BB JUL 21 27 L6 and BB JUL 22 27 L6.

According to the company, the matter is being treated as a product-quality issue rather than a food-safety concern. It said no adverse health effects are expected from consumption of the affected product and that it has received no reports of illness or other adverse health effects linked to its consumption.

“The quality of our products and the trust consumers place in Grace are extremely important to us. While this is primarily a quality issue, we are voluntarily recalling the affected batches as a precaution,” said Andrea Coy, CEO of GraceKennedy Foods.

She added: “We are working closely with our distributors and retail partners across the affected markets to remove the product as quickly as possible, and sincerely apologise to our consumers and customers for the inconvenience this may cause.”

Consumers in the affected markets who have bottles bearing either of the identified codes are being advised not to consume the product and to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
